When we found this ring, the band was too fragile to wear but we thought the griffin was badass so we kept it as it was and made a new band to complement the design. We love the overall asymmetry and how the shape comfortably hugs the finger. 

The original bronze ring is of Greek origin, from the 4th -3rd century B.C. The Greeks imagined that griffins were fierce hunters, symbolizing strength and bravery.
